Our main goal is that you „receive health in MONDI“ and therefore we kindly ask for your cooperation concerning your opinion and experience on the subject „health“ – so we can gradually develop the health promotion work at MONDI.

The data of the questionnaire will be treated confidentially , the evaluation is done anonymously, so there are no personal conclusions possible . The questionnaires will go directly to the evaluation team where it will be statistically analyzed and then destroyed.
